Five ways we support a household

Every plan is written by our supervising nurse after a home visit, then reviewed again at day seven when the real routine has shown itself.

Questions families ask first

How quickly can care start?

Usually within 48 hours of the home assessment. For hospital discharges we can often start the same day if we have notice from the discharge planner.

Do you have a minimum number of hours?

One hour. Most agencies enforce a four-hour minimum; we don't, because a safe shower shouldn't require buying an afternoon of care.

Will it be the same caregiver every time?

Yes — a small assigned team per household, introduced before the first shift. If the fit is wrong we reassign without a debate.

Do you accept Medicaid or long-term care insurance?

We work with private pay, long-term care insurance policies and Virginia Medicaid waiver programs. We'll tell you plainly on the first call which applies to your situation.

What areas do you serve?

Springfield, Burke, Annandale, West Falls Church, Alexandria and roughly twelve miles out from our Springfield office.

What happens if needs change?

The supervising nurse rewrites the plan — after a fall, a hospital stay, or a new prescription. Not at renewal time.
