The plan gets rewritten
After a week the real routine has revealed itself, so hours and tasks are adjusted. It happens again after any fall, hospital stay or new prescription — not at renewal time.

Questions families ask first
How quickly can care start?
Usually within 48 hours of the home assessment, and often same-day for a hospital discharge when the planner gives us notice.
Is there a minimum booking?
One hour. A safe shower shouldn't require buying an entire afternoon of care.
Will the same caregiver come each time?
A small assigned team per household, introduced before the first shift. If the fit is wrong, we reassign.
Do you take insurance or Medicaid?
Private pay, long-term care insurance and Virginia Medicaid waiver programs. We'll say plainly on the first call which applies.
Which areas do you serve?
Springfield, Burke, Annandale, West Falls Church, Alexandria and roughly twelve miles out.
What if needs change?
