Frequently asked

How quickly can care start?

Usually within 48 hours of the home assessment, and often same-day for a hospital discharge when the planner gives us notice.

Is there a minimum booking?

One hour. A safe shower shouldn't require buying an entire afternoon of care.

Will the same caregiver come each time?

A small assigned team per household, introduced before the first shift. If the fit is wrong, we reassign.

Do you take insurance or Medicaid?

Private pay, long-term care insurance and Virginia Medicaid waiver programs. We'll say plainly on the first call which applies.

What areas do you serve?

Springfield, Burke, Annandale, West Falls Church, Alexandria and roughly twelve miles from our office.

Are your caregivers screened?

Licensed, insured, background-checked, and trained on transfers, infection control and dementia communication.
