Angel Nursing Care — Nurse-led home care, Springfield VA

Springfield, Virginia · In-home supportive care

Nurse-led care, delivered in the rooms they already know.

Every good day is a knot of small things held together — medication on time, a steady arm on the stairs, someone who notices the appetite changed. We keep those threads tied.

Questions we're asked first

How quickly can care start?

Usually within 48 hours of the assessment, and often the same day for a hospital discharge if the planner gives us notice.

Is there a minimum booking?

One hour. Most agencies enforce four; we don't, because a safe shower shouldn't require buying an afternoon.

Will the same caregiver come each time?

A small assigned team per household, introduced before the first shift. If the fit is wrong, we reassign.

What about insurance and Medicaid?

Private pay, long-term care insurance and Virginia Medicaid waiver programs. We'll tell you which applies on the first call.

Which areas do you serve?

Springfield, Burke, Annandale, West Falls Church, Alexandria and roughly twelve miles from our office.

Not sure what level of care is needed?

That's the most common call we get. Twenty minutes on the phone is usually enough to tell you whether you need us at all.
